  • Thick coconut milk for a smooth, creamy texture,
  • Kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil adding a refreshing aroma,
  • Fresh vegetables – bell pepper, Thai eggplant, zucchini, and carrot,
  • Fish sauce and lime juice to balance heat with tang,
  • Shallots, garlic, ginger, and palm sugar for natural depth,
  • Steamed jasmine rice served on the side to soak up every drop of curry.
